Requirements
Selection Criteria
Completed application form
Personal statement (500–750 words)
Proof of parent’s death (death certificate, obituary, or letter from a school counselor)
Unofficial or official transcript (high school or college)
Proof of enrollment or acceptance into a qualifying program
Optional: Letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or mentor
Verification of Parental Loss
Consideration of Financial Need
Demonstrated financial hardship or limited access to funding for higher education.Verification of Academic Progress
A minimum GPA of 2.5 is recommended, but not required.Review Personal Statement
